IMPHAL, Aug 27: In the painting competition organized by the Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha, Manipur Pradesh in connection with “Athoubasing Ningshing Tha” on August 27 at the Party Head Office, the following have been declared as the winners of the prizes respectively. In category ‘A’ (Class ii-V, 1st Prize- Heikhomba Thangjam, Sagolmang Govt,Primary School, 2nd Prize- A.Romesh Singh, Azad English School and 3rd Prize- Phairembam Raj Singh, St Xaviers’ School, Moirang while in Category ‘B’ (Class VI-IX), 1st Prize was given to Y. Ricky Singh, Wangkhei High School, 2nd Prize- Jackson AK, MM Hr. Sec School and 3rd Prize was given to Irom Rojit Singh, CC Hr .Secondary School.
The release further stated that the consolation prizes for both the categories will be put up at the notice board of the office at Nityaipat Chuthek, Imphal.The Prize distribution will be held on August 31 at the head office and all participants will be given a participation certificate. All those who took part in the same competition are requested to attain the function.
