IMPHAL, August 30: The Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha has postponed the closing ceremony of the Painting Competition to be held on August 31 at the State Head Office, Nityaipat Chuthekin view of the bandh called by the JAC against the missing incident of Md. Rohit @ Lemba of Mayang Imphal.
