IMPHAL, September 19: The Naoriya PakhanglakpaBlock Congress Committee has expressed their gratitude to AICC president Sonia Gandhi, MP and Oscar Fernandes, chairman of central election committee over the appointment of Gaikhangam as the president of the Manipur Pradesh Congress Committee for the third time.
A release of the Naoriya Pakhanglakpa Block Congress Committee has stated that a meeting was held at the Hiyangthang residence of Ch Priyokumar Singh, MPCC member to celebrate the appointment of Gaikhangam MLA as president, E Dijamani as vice president and S Achouba Singh as vice president.
