IMPHAL, Sep 22: The national level monitor of Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojna (PMGSY), Retd. Col. KS Mehta arrived in Imphal today to oversee the ongoing road development works taken up under PMGSY in the state.
The Central official will be staying in the state up to September 30.
According to a reliable source, the national level monitor KS Mehta met the officials of Manipur State Rural Road Development Agency today and during his stay in the state he will also have meetings with the deputy commissioners of all the districts regarding the progress and implementation of PMGSY in the state.
