IMPHAL, Sept 28: The District Aids Prevention and Control Unit, Chandel district, while recalling a Supreme Court directive, has said every PLHIV will have to be provided with an Antodaya Anna Yojana (AAY) card with Job cards and employment in accordance with the National Rural Employment Gurantee Act. All the PHLIV of Chandel are informed to apply to the District Aids Control Officer (DACO), said a release.
