IMPHAL, Sept 13: Manipur Police Constable (driver/dispatch rider) Welfare Association is convening a special meeting for selected candidates and guardians on September 16 at MDU to discuss prolonged neglect of the selected candidates by the government. All the concerned candidates and guardians are informed to attend the meeting positively, said a release.
