IMPHAL, September 13: The Hills Area Committee has today in a meeting held at the committee room of Manipur Legislative Assembly secretariat with Thangminlien Kipgen, chairman HAC has deeply condoled the untimely demise of Sonchingkhup, former chairman HAC.
An official release of the Manipur Legislative Assembly has stated that the members of the HAC also observed a two minute silence as a mark of respect to the departed soul and further shared the sorrow and grief of the family members.
