IMPHAL Sept 19 : A press release by Lanchen Meiteei Chanu ,publicity and information officer of the KCP(MC) Lanchenba states that the leader of the group Ngangom Naoba alias Khellen alias Lanchenba Mangang S/o Ng.Manihar Napet Palli, Lamlai have dissappeared without a trace.
It said the outfit has been waiting for him for the past six months but no information could be had,therefore the outfit is stressed and have to carry out operations without Lanchenba Mangang.
The statement further appealed to the general public to aid the workings of the outfit and refrain from misjudging the cadres and handing them over to the security forces,this unhealthy trend will bring sufferings and retaliation from the outfit to the concerned.
A central commitee meeting held recently adopted three resolutions and formed Lanchenba Investigation Bureau, it further said.
If Lanchenba comes back to the outfit within September 2013, then the revolution will continue.
If Lanchenba does not present himself then the outfit will be disbanded or will merge with another organisation.
It said the meeting also resolved to retaliate any untoward pressure from any organisation with full force.
