IMPHAL, Sep 18: The Relief and Disaster Management will be organizing a Five-Day Training on Comprehensive Landslide Risk Mitigation and Disaster Management for Senior and Middle Level Officers of Manipur. The training will be held at the Conference Hall of the State Guest House at Sanjenthong, Imphal from September 20-24. During the training, the participants will be imparted training on various techniques to reduce risk of landslides particularly in the hill districts, which are more vulnerable to landslides. Nominated officials are asked to report to the O.S.D, Relief & Disaster Management at 09:00 hrs on September 20.
