IMPHAL, Sep 6: The Manipur University is organizing the XXIVth Manipur University Inter-College Youth festival, 2010 from September 14 to 16 at the university complex.
The basic aim and objective of the festival is to promote art and culture, foster the idea of brotherhood and bring about emotional integration among the students of different communities through cultural activities.
