IMPHAL, Sept 26: The new office-bearers of Pangal Students’ Organization of Imphal East District Committee have been elected with Md. Sharif Khan as the president, Md. Salim Khan as the vice-president, KM Feroz Khan as the general secretary and Md. Samir Shaha as the finance secretary, said a release.
