IMPHAL, Sept 23: The new office bearers of Consumers’ Club Manipur have been elected with P. Arunkumar as the president, S. Naobi as the vice-president, N. Purnachandra as the general secretary and Th. Shyamakhaba Nganba as the treasurer, said a release.
