IMPHAL, Sept 19: The Paralympic Committee of Manipur has invited participants for the World Wheel Chair Fencing Championship for the physically challenged will be held from November 5-12 at Paris, France and also for the Asian Para Games at Guangzhou, China, which will be held from December 12-19.
