IMPHAL, Sep 10: A discussion meeting organized by Forum for Social Harmony (FORSH) held today at State Central Library Hall has resolved to work together for the development of New Cachar Road and form monitoring group to look into the road development works of NH-53 being taken up by BRO, said a release.
