IMPHAL, Sep 15: A 15-year-old teenage girl hanged herself to death inside her home early this morning.
The deceased victim is identified to be one Soibam Piyanandi alias Piya, 15, daughter of S. Ibotombi of Ningombam Makha Leikai, under Singjamei police station.
Sources said that her family found her hanging from the ceiling in the wee hours today. She was rushed to the RIMS hospital by her family members but the doctors declared her brought death.
