IMPHAL, September 4: A combined team of the Thoubal district police commandos and 28 AR arrested a cadre of the proscribed PREPAK (VC) from Sekmaijin Ningol Khong while conducting search operation in and around Sekmaijin area yesterday around 6:30 pm, informed a statement issued by the SSP Thoubal district police.
The individual is identified to be one Thokchom Chandramani alias DK alias Naoba, 32, son of Th. Pari Singh of Sekmaijin Maning Leikai.
It said that on questioning the individual disclosed that he is an active member of PREPAK VC and working in the finance section of the outfit under the command of one Lukram Sishi Singh of Sekmaijin Thongam Leikai.
