Lamka Oct 6: The 27 Sector AR is organising an Open House Discussion on ” Implementation of SoO Agreement” on the 8 Oct next from 9 am at the Sector HQtrs.
Contribution of SoO agreement towards peace and development, Tribal Cohesiveness : Foundation of Lasting Peace, Measures to give impetus to peace and development , roadmap and challenge to occupation of designated camp will formed part of the main themes at the discussion according to a sources.
On top of that there will be remarks from spokespersons of KNO, UPF, DC/SP of Ccpur and will be winded up with the VSM, GOC 57th Mountain Division giving a concluding remarks the sources said
The sources further said there will be discussion on the shortcomings in the present form of SoO agreement side by side with the difficulties faced by common man in the present security environment while on another front deliberation will also be held on whether the SoO agreement really ushered in an environment that is conducive for good and effective governance .
On yet another development Vivek Mehrotra secretary ministry of minority affairs, government of India is inspecting the mode of imnplementation of schemes under the MSDP tommrrow at various places of the district.
