IMPHAL, Oct 8: The 212th death anniversary of Rajashree Bhagyachandra will be observed by Shri Shri Govindajee Temple Board, Rajashree Bhagyachandra Parishad and Rasheswari Pala Marup on October 10 at the premises of Govindaji Temple, said a release.
