IMPHAL, October 1: A Free Medical Camp was organized by the 109 Bn, CRPF, Mongsangei on October 1 to felicitate and honor distinguished Senior Citizens and also to create awareness on how to respond to the vast opportunities and challenges in the 21st Century while promoting development of the society for all ages.
As per the release, the unit medical officer Dr Maongmenla Pongen along with the medical staffs and doctors from CRPF, Langjing and Shija Hospital Imphal participated in the programme.
Altogether 360 person were provided free medical treatment and medicines were also given to them. CO 109 Bn, CRPF Premjit Singh expressed his happiness to the elders who turned up for the programme in large numbers making the camp a huge success.
