IMPHAL, October 20: The North East Zone Cultural Centre has announced that Som Kamei, IPS Officer of the 1998 batch of the Indian Postal Service has taken over as the new Director of NEZCC, Dimapur yesterday at the NEZCC Headquarters, a release said.
