IMPHAL, Oct 31: Children Painting competition and Clay modeling competition under the theme ‘The spirit of Sharmila’ was organized today by the Neo-Gene Contemporary Artist Manipur at the Ima Khunthokhanbi Shanglen, D.M College Gate, Thangmeiband.
The function was graced by Sahitya Akademi awardee Saratchand Thiyam and S Vedeshwor Sharma assistant secretary, MSKA as the chief guest and president respectively.
