Imphal, Oct 21(NNN): Member (northeast) of Planning Commission, B K Chaturvedi will arrive in Manipur on a three-day visit to review the implementation of developmental programmes under Special Plan Assistance (SPA) on October 30. He will be accompanied by S N Brohmo Choudhury, Adviser (NE), and Planning Commission.
