IMPHAL, October 23: Troops of 28 Assam Rifles and 33 Assam Rifles under HQ IGAR (South) launched joint operation in the area of Thanga Salam of Imphal west district and apprehended one KCP (MC) cadre at around 12.30 am on October 23, 2010. The apprehendee was identified as Jeevan, 34, son of Late Kulachandra, a residence of Thanga Salam, 2 Mobile hand sets were recovered from the apprehendee, a release said.
