IMPHAL, Sep 29: In an official notification the office of the DC/District Election Officer, Thoubal has informed all concerned that R.K.Dinesh Singh, I.A.S, Deputy Commissioner/ District Election Officer, Thoubal has declared Phuritshabam Jiten Singh of 14- Sekmaijin Zilla Parishad Constituency duly elected as the Up-Adhyaksha of Thoubal Zilla Parishad on September 28.
