IMPHAL, Nov 1: The 5th foundation day of the Critics Forum Manipur was held at the MDU Keishamthong. The observation was graced by Th. Lokeshore Singh, deputy Speaker of the Manipur Legislative Assembly as the chief guest and Professor IS Kangjam, president of the Forum presided over the function.
Addressing his chief guest speech Lokeshore maintained that in order to bring development, sense of patriotism is needed.
