IMPHAL, Nov 4: The Board of Secondary Education, Manipur (BSEM) has informed all schools that are yet to submit the list of Class X registered students (Aprils’ List) for appearing in the High School Leaving Certificate Examination next year to submit the same within November 10 as the failure will be treated as the schools do not have any students enrolled for the examination.
