IMPHAL, Nov 4: A team of CDO Thoubal arrested one PLA cadre on November 2 from Kakching Khunou. According to the release by Thoubal police, the arrested militant has been identified as Khumukcham Anand Singh alias John, 23 son of Manglemba Singh of Kakching Khunou Awang Kshetri Leikai.
