Lamka Nov 25: In a bizarre incident today at Tuibuang Churachandpur the Cashier of DRDA attached with the DC/Ccpur office F Thangmawii W/o Jamkhomang was found murdered in a gruesome manner beneath a separate room constructed in close proximity to their qaurter.
Her lifeless body has been retrieved from where it was covered with remnants of wooden bars after a leak to a very small part of her leg was seen this morning at about 11am. Her body was bared at the time of retrieving with the help of the police who swing into action by rushing to the deceased home after getting informed.
Sources close to the family and police had informed that the deceased and her husband were sleeping at the separate room leaving their two daughter who were all grown up inside their main quarter building adding everyone is dark on as to how such an incident took place while some injury marks has been noticeable at her head .
The police surveyed the areas properly and were trying their bits to establish clues/tips while picking up her husband with no lose of time.
The dead body was taken to Imphal for post mortem examination and other necessary formalities said sources from the police.
Soon after the DC/Ccpur, Addl SP, SDPO and all other concern officials rushed to the house.
