IMPHAL, Dec 21: All Manipur Students’ Union (AMSU) has appealed to the people studying and working outside the state not to indulge in any immoral activity which can tarnish image of the whole Manipuri society.
A release of AMSU said that there have been reports of students and even working professionals staying outside the state indulged in immoral activities which have tarnished not only their individual image but the whole Manipuri society. The parents should be aware of what their wards are doing outside the state and help them to be decent in their behaviour.
The AMSU will also try to prevent the youths from degrading moral standards and join with NESO in the movement for safeguarding the women of the North-East in different parts of India.
