IMPHAL, Dec 30: The Democratic Students’ Alliance of Manipur (DESAM), Kakching Khunou Umathel Local Council, has been formed on December 28 as per a meeting presided by organization and coordination secretary Aheibam Anand. The president of the local council is Ningthoujam Romio Singh while general secretary is Mayengbam Romen, said a release.
