IMPHAL, Dec 26: Islamic Cultural and Educational Guide Centre, Lilong Turel Ahanbi is organizing two days state level competition on Manipuri/Urdu Naat (Musabaqatul Quran), on January 17 and January 18 next year and interested persons are requested to avail their forms from the office of the Cultural and Educational Guide Centre, Turel Ahanbi Lilong and Madara of Manipuri Islamic, according to a release.
