IMPHAL, Dec 7: The Lianmgmai Naga Council, Manipur will be organizing the Decade of Enlightenment Day on December 14 at Tamei Namraining.
A special programme focusing of God’s blessing throughout 10 years of the 21st Century will be the main highlight of the day, said a release of the council.
