IMPHAL, Dec 17: A sit in protest was held today at the Kabo leikai residence of Karam Lokendro, skin specialist of JN Hospital decrying the threat received by the doctor from the proscribed KCP group as was reported by various state dailies on December 15.
Speaking to media persons on the sidelines of the sit in protest, wife of the doctor described the allegations put on her husband by the proscribed KCP as baseless and unfounded.
She confirmed that there has been no relation of her family with the proscribed party whatsoever before.
