IMPHAL, Dec 2: The Lairenkabi Youth Dramatic Union, Kangchup road, Imphal West district, under the financial assistance of Cultural Functions Grants Scheme (CFGS), 2010-11, Ministry of Culture, Government of India will be organizing the Tribal Folk Dance & Song (Music) Festival of Manipur from December 5-7 at the Lairenkabi Dramatic Union Hall, said a release.
