IMPHAL, Dec 17: The valedictory function of the 15th State Level Youth Festival will be held at on December 18 at the Khuman Lampak Sports Complex, Imphal. The function will include march past, prize distribution and cultural evening with renowned artists like Sadananda, Roshibina, Ranbir Thouna and others will be the highlights of the valedictory function of the Youth Festival. The function will have many participants from across all nine districts and two sub-divisions of Jiribam and Kangpokpi, said a release.
