IMPHAL, Feb 22: The Paobitek Youth Development Organization has lauded the vice-president of MPCC Sagolsem Achouba for installing a 100 KVA transformer at Paobitek Muslim area.
A release of the organization said that the very benevolent action of Achouba has electrified several households of ward no. 2, 3 and 4 under Thongkhong Laxmi Bazar Nagar Panchayat, and also wished for his success in the coming general election.
