IMPHAL, Feb 2: As a part of the world wide observation of World Wetlands Day, the day was observed by the ‘Life Watch’ at its office located at Cheirap Panchai Maning, graced by its chief administrator, Angomcha Araba, Advocate as the chief guest. During the observation the Life Watch held a deliberate discussion on ‘Forest for Water and Wetlands’.
