IMPHAL, March 7: The sitting of state Advisory Board on NSA which held under its chairman Jutice (Retd) SP Rajkhowa today at Central Sajiwa Jail, approved for the detention of 18 under trials belonging to different underground oufits under National Security Act, 1980.
