BOSEM cautions

IMPHAL, April 8: The Board of Secondary Education Manipur cautioned to avoid admission of class-IX to the schools which are not recorgnised by the Board of Secondary Education, Manipur for the academic session 2011-12.

According to an official notification issued by the Secretary, BSEM L Rajmohan, Secy. BSEM mentioned that there has been official information that some schools which are not recognized or not permitted to open class-IX by the BSEM have started taking admission for the academic session 2011-12. The students admitted to such un-recognized schools are not eligible to appear in the HSLC Examination of the board. The list of recognized schools of the Board can be seen from the office of the Board.

The official notification further appeal parents and guardians not to send their wards to the schools which are not recognized by the Board in order undesirable consequences in future, and it also given for information of all unrecognized schools in the state that they should not take admission to classes-IX and X. The Board shall not bear the responsibility of the students admitted to such unrecognized schools.
