IMPHAL, April 8: The condition of Moirangthem Landhoni who is into the 33rd day of hunger strike is stated to be serious.
The woman has been in protest of her detainment by the NIA authorities for alleged links with the outlawed UNLF after she went to meet her husband at Guwahati on August 18 last year, has been undergoing a hunger strike protest since March 8 last.
Sources said that she is presently under medical treatment as her health condition began sinking. Her blood pressure is said to be alarmingly low.
