IMPHAL May 19: 15 days Basic course in News Reporting organized by the State Institute of Journalism, DIPR, that was started from May 2 has been concluded, said a press release by the Directorate of Information and Public Relations.A concluding function was held at the Office of DIPR in MSRTC complex located at Moirangkhom. During the function L. Lakher, Director, Information and Public relations, gave away the certificates to the participants of the training course, the release further added.
