CBI to probe Manipur youth`s killing

 NEW DELHI,  May 9 (IANS): The central government Monday said it has asked the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to investigate the killing of Irom Roger Singh, a Manipur youth, in which the state Irrigation, Flood Control and Sports Minister N. Biren`s son N. Ajay Meitei is an accused.`The central government, with the consent of the Manipur government, has decided to hand over the case related to the killing of Irom Roger Singh to the CBI. A notification in this regard was issued by the ministry of personnel, public grievances and pensions on May 6, 2011,` a government release said here. The parents of Irom Roger Singh, 21, had met Home Minister P. Chidambaram April 28 in connection with the case and requested for transfer of the case to the CBI, the release added.Ajay, aged 27, is accused of gunning down Roger with his licensed gun on the Imphal Airport Road at Ghari village in Imphal West March 20.The shooting incident reportedly took place after an altercation that began when Ajay`s vehicle was denied right of way by Roger`s car.Four of Ajay`s friends were with him when the alleged gun shot was fired.

  1. Is this a joke or farce? People(some) they should denounce the idea of illusion that there exist a Messiah to save their souls.They have little idea what it mean and does in real time.Some have even went step ahead with idea that they are themselves(psychotic error).All and all,one can not express it but its totally ridiculous.
