IMPHAL May 15: All Manipur Folk Drama festival 2011 organized by Manipur Dramatic Union was inaugurated today at the auditorium of MDU. The festival was organized with financial assistance from the ministry of Culture, government of India.Dr. RK. Nimai Singh, IAS, Commissioner, Art and culture, govt of Manipur, S. Vedeshwar Sharma, Secretary, Manipur State kala akademi and Ksh. Ibohal Singh, president, MDU, graced the function as the chief guest, guest of honour and president respectively.
