IMPHAL May 8: An office building of KTU ( Kuki Tribal Union) was inaugurated and dedicated on April 29 at Hebron. The building was inaugurated by VS Atem. Convenor of Steering Committee, NSCN and dedicated by Rev. Joseph Ruivah, prayer cell leader of CNC, a release from the GPRN said.
