Khuman Lampak blast condemned

IMPHAL, May 29: The united NGOs Mission Manipur (UNM-M) has strongly condemned the bomb blast that took place at the ADC office campus Khuman Lampak yesterday injuring three of a family including two children.

In a statement the UNM-M has term the blast as rendering disturbances to the general public and unnecessarily injuring of innocent persons for no fault of theirs. Adding it request all political parties and non-political actors for a common and collected vision, a shared vision for the children.

While urging all the influential leaders, intellectuals and experts to maintain peace, it stated that failing to act in time will act as a curse for the future generations. It said the world will know who are committing crime against humanity and the concerned culprits will never go unpunished for their crimes.

It further requested the responsible leaders and actors to help public to enjoy a secured and dignified status of living. And, warned that if the situation of violence continues unabated, the situation of the state will be likely to become life Africa.
