IMPHAL, May 7: With regards to the arrest of twenty five street vendors on the twenty fifth of April, on their way to submit a memorandum, the New Life Foundation, Bishnupur district, appeals the Government for the immediate release of the vendors. It further appeals the Government to bring about a feasible solution to the problem and extols that such situation is an instance of complete denial of women street vendors’ rights by the State Government.
