IMPHAL, May 6: The United Kuki Liberation Front (UKLF) in a statement has alleged that the newly floated Kuki National Liberation Front (KNLF) is not a revolutionary group but a mere gang party trying to extort money from the general public and at the same time, disturbing the peace of the society.
A statement issued by the Information and Publicity secretary of the UKLF, JM Zou, urged the public not to entertain monetary demands coming in the name of KNLF and also to avoid giving shelter to them.
It further alleged that the KNLF was formed by some vested interest persons which will result in creating only fear psychosis among the public of Manipur and further appeal the society to condemned such groups and avoid giving support to such groups.
