IMPHAL, May 10: The Longmai Village Authority, Tamenglong has said that the Flagship Programme of the Congress party scheduled to be held on May 13 at Longmai is informal saying the Congress party did not sought formal permission from the village authority to hold such programme as the village is govern by its own authority . The village authority however said that it is not against holding such programme if mutual understanding is arrive and prior permission is sought from the village authority, the release added.
