IMPHAL June 23: The Association for Paona Memorial Arts and Rural Development Services, Thoubal Wangkhem in a press release by its secretary K Hemchandra states that a ‘Training cum Festival of Thang Ta’ was held on June 20 at the Huiyel Lallong Manipur Thang Ta Cultural Association Hall, Irilbung. The event was organized with the financial assistance of Sangeet NAtak Akademi,New Delhi.
