IMPHAL, July 12: All Manipur Nagar Panchayat and Municipal Elected Ward Development Committee Members’ Welfare Association decried the assault on the chairperson of Lilong Thoubal Nagar Panchayat, Shah Alam, by two persons belonging to security forces today morning, said a release.
